  and there being but one child more, Elizabeth, who married Anthony Lowden
  of Portsmouth, and Philip Fowler of Ipswich appearing by his letter of
  attorney in behalf of sd. Lowden, John Osborne bound himself to pay over to
  Anthony Lowden or to his attorney, 14li. 13s. 4d., which is the full share
  of said Elizabeth Lowden, in the estate of Mary Merchant.  The land still
