G7(or GN7)/350-351.  4 Aug 1741 ack. Aug 1741;  Mathew Osbon of the County of
  Sussex on Delaware yeom. to Jacob Hollock<sic> of Lewes Town in the County
  afsd; interest Whatsoever of me the sd Mathew Osbon or which I have had or
  that my heirs or assigns or any of us at any time or time hereafter shall
  have or may Might or Aught to Claim of in to a Certain Quantity or parcel
  of Land being part of a Larger Tract of Land Were Mathew Osbon Sener
  formerly Dwelled and Now in the possession of Thomas Osborn Sr. -ate in the
  County of Sussex afsd Lying on the South Side of the Long Bridge Mill
  Branch one of the Branches that Proceeds out of the Broad C--- Which<?>
  --- parcel of Land -- Bounded as followeth Begining at the Deep Vallue Near
  the gowing over at the branch Called the Round pole branch & so upon a
  Square unto the Main County Road where it now goeth & then along the sd
  Road untill it Cometh to the branch again & then Down the sd Branch
  bindeing<?> therewith unto the first vallue or place of begining Containing
  one Hundred acres of Land be the Same more or Less & by the Afsd Mathew
  Osbon the Elder given unto his son Mathew Osbon part to --------- will of
  ye sd Mathew Osbon Sen. Dec'd Bearing Date the Tenth Day of December one
  thousand seven hundred & thirty three.

H8/377.  9/19/1753 ack. 9/19/1753;  Samuel Ozbun of the Province of
  Pennsylvania and County of New York<sic> to Jacob Kolluck<sic> Esq. of the
  Town of Lewis and County of Sussex of Delaware; interest the said Samuel
  Ozbun now hath or ever heretofore had or ought to have of in and to a
  certain Tract of parcel of Land Scituate lying and being in the County of
  Sussex afsd Beginning at the Deep Valley near the going over of the Branch
  Called the Round Pole Branch and so upon a square unto the main County Road
  where it now goeth and along that same Road untill it comes to the Branch
  again and then Bounded by the Branch unto the first Value<sic> before
  mentioned.  Devised to the afsd Samuel Ozbun by the Testament and Last Will
  of Matthew Ozbun late dec'd as by said Will. [Note: See deed G7/350 above
  and the will of Matthew Ozbun Sr. posted by Candace Smothers. This is the
  tract of land willed by Matthew Ozbun Sr. to his son Matthew Ozbun(Jr.) and
  then to Samuel Ozbun upon the death of Matthew Ozbun(Jr.). This deed shows
  that the Ozbun family living in York Co., PA is the same Ozbun family that
  previously lived in Sussex Co., DE.]
